BLINKY the BLUE HEELER X

Hi Dean,
Just to let you know that Blinky arrived a few days ago in fabulous condition. He was a little confused but well hydrated and generally super happy, as was our daughter when she saw him!
The company you work with in Vancouver was great- with pre and post emails and phonecalls to update and follow up. In all we feel that you provided us a great service, with helpful staff, making the job of getting our guy over here that much simpler. Thankyou...

Just wanted to thank you and the other staff involved during Spencers travels from Sydney to Singapore. He arrived yesterday and he has been a happy pup....
Thanks for all your help again and I'll be sure to contact Jet Pets again for any future pet moves - though I hope that won't be for a while yet!

BUSTER the MALTESE X

Good morning Angus
As promised from our conversation yesterday I have provided our feedback to you and your staff both in Perth and Hobart with reference to Busters’ move from Bindoon WA to Woodbridge Tasmania.
I have to highly commend your staff involved throughout our dealings with your organisation as we prepared, planned and organized Busters move with Jetpets. Your staff were friendly courteous, professional and you soon realised they enjoyed working in your environment and obviously with the animals in their care.
As you can imagine if you are a pet owner you worry about the welfare of your family dog of 10 years and whether or not they will cope with the long journey and the strange environments of vans, airports, planes and new people. I have to say after the long journey Buster arrived at our new home on time, in great shape, watered and happy.
He has experienced no side effects from his long trip from WA to Tasmania thanks entirely to your fantastic staff and level of humane and highly professional service. Thanks again on behalf of Angela and myself and of course Buster my old mate, for taking such good care of him on his journey into the unknown.
You can rest assured that whenever we are asked ‘who should you use to transport your family pets and/or animals etc’ we will be highly recommending Jetpets as the first and only choice.

MORGAN the PORTUGESE WATER

Dear Jet Pets
I have been meaning to write you for months. I just want to thank you for getting my little boy to Calgary Canada safe and sound from Melbourne in July 2007. You service and help was impeccable. The pet service company called me when Morgan was overnight in Vancouver BC, just to tell me how he was, they even knew he was on a raw diet. Thanks to all you wonderful people at Jet Pets. We had no problem with the Govʼt health inspection all paper work had been done and Morgan prepared to perfection.
The kennel that you shipped him in (the yellow and blue) is awesome, Morgan still wants to use it even though he is way to big to comfortably fit in it now 8 kg when he came now months later 46 lbs.
Morgan was just absolutely perfect when he arrived, so happy and calm with no ill affects of his long trip. The nice extra deep water dish (so the water does not slosh out) Perfect idea. It is all those little extra touches that make you special.

OLLIE the STAFFY

Angus your staff did a great job - thank you - Ollie arrived in Cape Town fit and well - just a bit thirsty. Glenn had no problems with quarantine and Ollie has settled in well.
