MIDAS the AUSTRALIAN SILKY
Dear Angus,
This is just a short note to inform you that Midas and I arrived in Singapore safely and clearing Midas was absolutely hassle-free. I am extremely grateful to you for the very efficient and caring manner in which you handled the entire process in Australia and will certainly recommend you if anyone I know needs to transport a pet.

PARSLEY the CAT
Hi Jessica, Jetpets were beyond brilliant arranging the travel for my cat Parsley to travel from Australia to NZ. I must have phoned them more than a dozen times with questions and everyone I spoke to was amazing. They put my mind at rest since she had to board for a few days, each call made me feel I'd definitely made the right descision to choose them.
Poor Jessica got the most of my calls, she was a superstar (thank you again!) and found a further solution for us when I realised I had Parsleys' innoculation dates wrong and I wanted her with me for Xmas. Due to the tight pre-Xmas schedule, Jessica arranged for my girl to fly via Sydney, where the requirements differ to QLD, so saving me many extra hours driving at my destination, since I live 4 hours from the airport.
I can't praise Jetpets highly enough - for their service, knowledge, sincerity and for doing what they do so well ! Thanks again for everything, high on that list would be preserving my sanity at such a stressful time!!

SIGHI AND NESSE the CATS

I just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you for arranging for our cats to come to the UK. They arrived safe and well and it is fantastic to have them here!
Although we will be here for the foreseeable future I will definitely get in touch when we are planning to return to Australia.

SASHA the DOBERMANN

Just wanted to say a big thank you for all you have done. We picked up Sasha yesterday, she was really tired but in great health & after a long long sleep yesterday and last night she has sprung back into her normal self. Thanks so much to everyone at Jet pets that was involved in making her journey here safe & fast.

AZUL the HEELER X KELPIE
Hi, Rhiannon.
Azul arrived safe and sound. I am sure with all the animals on the flight, it must have beena party atmosphere! Azul was in first class condition and acted like he was an expereienced traveller - no jet lag and full of spunk. Great dog. This is testimony to the care that he had in preparing for the flight and I would like to thank you and your team for everything.
Dipika just arrived today so we are having a big family reunion. We have also moved into a new place and our container from Australia arrived the same day as Azul so you can appreciate that it has been sheer bedlam. Wouldn't have XMAS any other way. Thanks again,
