Hi Rhiannon, Just a quick note to say thank you for arranging Zico's travel back to Wellington. He arrived in excellent health and is in fine spirits.
You and all the staff that Zico and I met were so lovely and I really appreciated the time you gave us to explain Zico's travel plans. He didn't have a care in the world but we were missing him already. This was Zico's second international flight, and working with Jetpets was sooooooooo much less stressful than with the company we used for the first.

I thought I would drop you an email to say thankyou for your coordination in getting Tiger to Hong Kong safely. He is settling in very well and I was surprised by how well he handled the flight. He was completely relaxed when he was delivered to us. I was expecting him to be a bit unsure about his surroundings and stressed from the flight but the transition seems to have been very smooth.
