CHARLIE the GOLDEN RETREIVER
Hi Dean,
Just a quick email to let you know that Charlie has arrived safely in Chicago and to thank you sincerely for all your help.
I would like to add my testimonial to your list of great reports;
“if only our human relocator had been as communicative and obliging as Jetpets! Charlie, our golden retriever definitely received the best attention and care and we were amazed that the ‘obsession’ we have with our dog was catered for in such a courteous and a genuinely understanding manner.
From the onset in Melbourne, every question was proactively and caringly answered, we received a phone call upon the arrival of his 1st flight while transferring to give us an update on how he was coping and then again in Chicago. All was well and everyone made a fuss of him, I could tell from their stories that they had got to know him well.
We received a phone call the day before arrival, the hour before and 10 mins before arrival to keep us informed. He arrived calm and unstressed yet excited and un-phased by the whole experience.
Thankyou to Dean in Melbourne, John in Chicago and everyone in between who made this transition so easy. It was worth every cent and you certainly have my award for the best customer service.
You REALLY do understand needs and animal and customer behaviour , and as a trainer in outstanding customer service skills, you certainly win MY award and a fantastic example for me to use. You are consistent in your care from beginning to end. CONGRATULATIONS!
See you in 2 years when we return to Melbourne...with very few questions! J “

KAOS AND CHILLI the BURMESE
Dear All Staff
just a short note to let you know that Kaos, Chilli and Jazz arrived safely in the UK this morning and are now living the life of luxury in sunny UK (just a joke, its puddling down with rain! Surprise, Surprise!).
I just wanted to say a very heart felt thank you to everyone for taking such good care of my pets, as you know they mean a great deal to me and i cant thank you enough for the love, care and attention shown to them.

ONYX the BULL MASTIFF
Danny and Sherry,
We have now collected Onyx from quarantine and he is settling in really well in his new home in Australia. We had a long 13 hour drive from Perth to Newman on Sunday, but Onyx handled it like a champion.
We wanted to personally thank both of you for all of your hard work to get our little guy safely and soundly across the ocean and back into our hands. We really appreciate your efforts and knowing that you were both on top of things allowed us to relax and let us focus on the other aspects of our move.
