At Jetpets, we have implemented a comprehensive internal risk assessment policy to ensure that animal welfare remains our highest priority in all aspects of our operations. Due to the specific health considerations associated with brachycephalic (snub-nosed/flat-faced) breeds, many airlines impose restrictions on their transport. In alignment with these guidelines, Jetpets also enforces strict internal protocols, including adherence to extreme weather policies and the use of correctly sized, airline-approved travel crates to safeguard these breeds during transit.
At present, Jetpets does not transport ‘high-risk’ brachycephalic breeds, which include all Bulldogs, Pugs, and Boston Terriers.
We strongly recommend consulting with your Pet Travel Consultant to confirm which destinations and airlines will permit travel for brachycephalic pets, as well as to understand any specific regulations or conditions that must be met.
