Once your dog arrives at our Auckland Transit Lounge, they’ll be settled into our brand-new, purpose-built kennels while they wait for their flight. The kennels are clean, spacious, temperature-controlled and designed to keep pets safe and secure while they’re in our care. Your dog will have fresh water, time to settle in and will be walked, played with and given plenty of love, attention and cuddles by our team. Our goal is to make their time at the Transit Lounge as comfortable and relaxed as possible before they continue their journey.

What Happens To My Cat At The Transit Lounge?

The cattery is dimly lit, comfortable and designed to provide a safe and secure space for cats to relax between travel arrangements. They’ll have fresh water, time to settle in and plenty of care and attention from our experienced team. We know cats can appreciate a calm environment, so we keep their surroundings quiet and comfortable while they wait for the next part of their journey.

Once your pet arrives at our Auckland Transit Lounge, our team will take care of them while they wait for their flight. They’ll be checked in, given fresh water and time to settle into their surroundings. During their stay, pets are walked, played with, and receive plenty of love, attention and cuddles from our team. Our Auckland Transit Lounge provides a comfortable place for pets to relax between travel arrangements, with their care and wellbeing looked after by our experienced team.
What Happens At The Jetpets Transit Lounge?
Jetpets provides a designated Transit Lounge in Auckland to keep your pets relaxed, and to offer them some time out of the crate when they are on their way to and from their destination. Our state of the art facilities allow travelling pets (and their fur-parents) to visit when they are checking in for travel, or visiting our vets for any treatments and health checks required for their travel.
Our Transit Lounge can accommodate overnight stays where pets have an early morning flight or late arrival from their departure location. Our facilities are air conditioned, climate controlled and ideal for clients to collect and drop off their pets.
