Hi Rachael Apologies for my delayed response but we have been busy settling into life in Ireland. Marmalade seemed none the worse from his long journey when we collected him in Dublin. A big thankyou to all at Jetpets. After 3 flights and 4 days later she arrived In NZ from Australia safe and sound and none the worse for wear! Very impressed with all the updates along the way and the caring and helpful attitude from all involved.

Nutmeg and Charlie the CAT

Australia to Auckland, New Zealand

Hi Rachael, Nutmeg and Charlie arrived on Tuesday in wonderful form. I was able to collect them earlier than initially expected which was such a bonus (because I was looking forward to meeting them from the time I got up at 6am). They were so relaxed and in such fine form. I could see they had been taken very good care of. Once home and out of their crates they recognised me immediately and I spent a long time just scratching and rubbing and stroking and giving cuddles. It was SO special to have them back after 18 months of not having seen them.

They were also really happy to have each-other (Charlie having been reunited recently with Nutmeg after 14 months walkabout). Charlie has always "looked out" for Nutmeg and she is very bonded to him. So much so, that neither of them chose to sleep in their new pet beds choosing instead a box under the bed into which they both squashed for the night.

I'm SO very grateful to you guys for the exemplary service. Thanks for emailing me so promptly every time I had a query Rachael and thanks too for assuring me that they'd be absolutely fine and in the best of hands. You were right about that. Thanks again Rachael. You were wonderful to liaise with right through the whole 5 weeks.

Mr Rumtum the CAT

Melbourne to Manchester, United Kingdom

Hi Chelsea,

I just wanted to let you know that we picked up Mr Rumtum from the airport on Wednesday and he has been very happy and settled from the get go. For such a nervous cat, we are all amazed at how happy and relaxed he seemed. He's settled straight into his new home here in the UK and has been happily sleeping on my bed every night since arrival.  I've included a picture of him, looking a bit worn out but totally pleased with himself, on my lap just five minutes after arriving.

I'm so impressed with the easy, caring and helpful service provided by Jetpets and wanted to say a huge thank you to yourself and all of the other staff who helped me to organise the trip for Mr Rumtum. Being at a distance when organising the trip I was very anxious as to how it would work and how Mr Rumtum would manage but you've far exceeded our expectations at every stage.

Thank you again for all of your help and for dealing with my endless neurotic questions!
