CHLOE the BORDER COLLIE X

Dear Angus,
Just to let you know that Chloe arrived here safe and sound. She recognised us immediately, and has settled down really well, no trauma and no jetlag. She seemed to have travelled much better than we do.
We have no doubt that her excellent condition is very much a result of the kind treatment she received from the people your end (in particular the guy who picked her up from Wendy`s), and the people at Heathrow.
So a big thankyou from both of us and from Chloe. I doubt we shall be making such a major move again in our lifetime, but if we do we will have no hesitation in commissioning Jet Pets to handle any livestock we may have in tow at that stage.

COCO the SHORTHAIR

Hi Rhiannon,
Coco arrived well and safe as scheduled on friday morning and is now settling into her new home in Zurich! she was a little bit tired but was eating, drinking and playing with her new toys after only a few hours of being here.
Thanks a lot for making this big move go as smoothly as possible for her and us!

PARSLEY the CAT

Hi Jessica, Jetpets were beyond brilliant arranging the travel for my cat Parsley to travel from Australia to NZ. I must have phoned them more than a dozen times with questions and everyone I spoke to was amazing. They put my mind at rest since she had to board for a few days, each call made me feel I'd definitely made the right descision to choose them.
Poor Jessica got the most of my calls, she was a superstar (thank you again!) and found a further solution for us when I realised I had Parsleys' innoculation dates wrong and I wanted her with me for Xmas. Due to the tight pre-Xmas schedule, Jessica arranged for my girl to fly via Sydney, where the requirements differ to QLD, so saving me many extra hours driving at my destination, since I live 4 hours from the airport.
I can't praise Jetpets highly enough - for their service, knowledge, sincerity and for doing what they do so well ! Thanks again for everything, high on that list would be preserving my sanity at such a stressful time!!
