Benson the DOG

Hi Nikkie Sorry I haven't been in touch. All is well here. Benson was fine when we finally could pick him up. Only hiccup was that we had to drive to the customs office, 1 hr from the airport and then back. You would think that they had the customs office at the airport!! Anyway Benson was fine, even his crate looked all clean and so did he. He has adjusted really well. He still gets a little nervous when we go out without him but getting better. He loves all new walks and smells. It's heaps of rabbits around here that is very exciting!!

Dear Danielle, Meant to send an e-mail of thanks ages ago - but we have been pretty busy what with settling in to our new city. You organised for our cats Tess and Andre to fly from Perth, Australia to Paris in October 2014. While we have had to get used to french terminology such as 'la puce electronique' (cat microchip), and the cats have had to learn to 'miauler' the french way, we are all now very settled. Penelope the DOG

Hi Danielle,   Penelope is doing really well, much better than I expected. She has settled in and is eating and exploring all the new and wondrous smells of her new home. She was delivered yesterday and was so excited to see me, it was just lovely.   I'm attaching a photo it's not great but I snapped it yesterday when she finally relaxed enough to lay down and have a sleep! Everyone here loves her and I think she'll fit in well she's already learning Italian!   Thanks so much for everything.... I think JetPets and ReloCat did a great job.....the man who delivered her was delightful and obviously very concerned about her welfare.   You take care and all best to you and you little pups too.   Simone and Lady P.

Shelby, Cherry and CC the Pomeranians

Hi Chelsea,   I just wanted to let you know that Shelby, Cherry and CC arrived safely today and are now at their new home.   I would like to thank you very, very much as everything went so smoothly. I was just so impressed with how well everything went. Even the Spanish officials were very impressed with all the paperwork and professionalism of yourself and JetPets. So impressed were they, that they allowed us to go into the holding warehouse to handle them for a while waiting for the final processing of their customs clearances.   Thank you so much.
