It was the from the first call I made to them requesting a quote to the last call thanking them for a 10/10 and a 5 Star service rendered to us. The communication from Chelsea to the breeder and myself was so pleasing. The follow up call and through the complete process from Gaylene and her team in Oz was another memorable experience. The updates was something we didn't expect to be done in such a fashion. Also not forgetting the team in Auckland thank you for everything. Highly recommend them
