Lola & Bear the Dynamic Duo

We worked with the Jetpets team in particular Vicki and Stephanie to move our pup Lola and three cats Bear, Bob and Ray from Auckland to Canada. The team were absolutely awesome throughout the entire process and we can't praise them enough, we relocated at a time when the Covid cases were increasing and flights from New Zealand to Canada were restricted and availability unreliable the team took all the challenges that came with moving at a difficult time in their stride. We were kept informed throughout the entire process and it was so reassuring for us to know that our precious fur babies were in such safe hands throughout their long journey. I would highly recommend the Jetpets team to anyone wishing to relocate their pets whether domestically or overseas.

I just want to say, “Thank you, so much”, for assisting us in relocating our Henry to Toronto Canada. He has settled in nicely, within our apartment. He likes snow, but not ice! Lol..
