I would just like to say a huge thanks to Jetpets for their amazing help on monday when we were in Sydney. We found ourselves in a very stressful position due to the incompetence of our NZ accredited vet. Frank and Katherine were fantastic and bent over backwards to assist us.
I know that you were also involved in helping us get our permit organized. We would never have been able to get our dogs back to NZ without everyone's help. It appears that I am not having much luck flying dogs in and out of NZ! Again a big thanks to your team. Please ask your boss to open an office in NZ!

I want to thank you for going so far above and beyond the 'call of duty' in helping me get Bertie and Diego away safely and in good time.
In all the stress and drama of the uncertainty over departure dates, getting the waiver and the extra vet certificates etc you never expressed any frustrations to me for which I am hugely grateful!
You have corresponded with me with great patience, politeness and care and I always felt you were there supporting me - so THANK YOU!

Just wanted to say thanks so much for your fantastic service in managing the transportation of our pups to NZ. I think I sent you about a hundred emails during the lead-up to the shipment date and I very much appreciate your patience and responsiveness.
The pups arrived with great attitudes – very cheeky and cheery – and have settled into their new homes well.

I'm sure they'll sleep for a couple of days after their big adventure, but the main thing is they seem happy and healthy and stress free, which is all I hoped for (I was more stressed than them!
