Dear Tammy,

My name is Pam and I organised transportation of my 2 precious cats through your company.

The reason for my email to you, is that I wanted to pass on my deepest thanks to Evelyn for a wonderful job she did in organising getting my cats flown down to Melbourne from Brisbane on the 9th March.

She was very reassuring and showed lots of compassion and put my mind at rest that they would be well looked after. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Evelyn and I feel she went beyond what was necessary. The cats arrived safe and sound, much to my relief!!

You have a wonderful employee in Evelyn and I will be recommending Jetpets to friends and family if ever they need to transport their animals in the future.

If we all dealt with lovely people like Evelyn on a daily basis, how nice that would be.

Hi Kathy

I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic job you did for me and my 4 cats!

They arrived safely and everything went like clockwork. It was fantastic that you delivered the crates early and collected them on time, and I had the phone calls from JCS when they arrived. The staff at Heathrow were also really good and kept me reassured and informed about the cats when they landed.

 Thanks for a superb job. I am extremely grateful as sending pets so far overseas is terrifying and made me feel anxious and very guilty!

Thanks again. If I decide to return, you will be the first people I ring!

GEORGE the CAT

Dear Kirsty,

I just wanted to send you both a quick update to let you know my kitty cats George, Speedy and Max made it safely from Sydney to Los Angeles and did fine on the drive out to Virginia. We have finally settled down in our apartment and they are doing great enjoying a life full of catnip and tasty salmon and tuna treats!

Thank you both so much for assuring their comfort and safety.  I really enjoyed working with everyone I was in contact with on both the Jetpets and Pet Express team and have nothing but praise for your work! Thank you so much for your patience and caring during a very stressful time for us.

BAILEY & BRA the CAT

Hi Aleisha,

Both Baileys and Brandy have arrived safely in Singapore last night after being away from us for 5 days. I was expecting them to be very frightened and stressed as they have never been away from us before and have always hated traveling in the car but to my very pleasant surprise, they appeared very relaxed and happy. I would like to thank all of you at Jetpets who have helped look after them for the last few days as I can see that they were very well taken care of and that I really didn't need to worry about them at all.

I am also very impressed with the fantastic customer service I've experienced with you and your team. From all the correspondence via emails, through to telephone conversations and even the representative (Dave) that came to pick them up. Thank you once again and I will definitely be recommending Jetpets to anyone who needs their beloved pets transported.

TIGER the CAT

Good Morning Andrea & Crystal,

Thank you both for making this a very smooth process for Risa, Tiger, me & Crystal and everyone else that has been part of this process of bringing Tiger to NZ. Communications have been so good!

Tiger arrived safe and sound yesterday (Thursday afternoon) and my sister (Rata), brother in law (John) and myself were there to collect him in Auckland.

Risa was so happy to see Tiger again when we got home. It was also good that Risa stayed home in Rotorua to recuperate after all her travelling and rested (slept most of the day) to re-charge the batteries.

My dog (Misty) and especially my cat (Ngawha) know there is something up in Risa bedroom? Ngawha keeps trying to get into the room to investigate? We will give Tiger a few days to get use to his surroundings and been back in the loving company of his mummy before he is introduced to all the extended whanau (family).

We (Risa's whangai whanau (adopted family), appreciate the importance, unconditional love and healing animals give to us all (humans).

Andrea, I will recommend Jetpets to all of my whanau (family) and friends if they should ever require your outstanding service of care in the future.
