A MASSIVE thank you to you and the team for looking after Ruby and Molly. They arrived this evening and are settling in fantastically. I'm sure they'll sleep for a couple of days after their big adventure, but the main thing is they seem happy and healthy and stress free, which is all I hoped for (I was more stressed than them!

HOLLY the DOMESTIC
Dear Charlotte,
The wonderful, fantastic, awesome news is that Holly and I and now safely arrived, home, settled and almost over jet lag.. All up, it took almost 3 hours from wheels down to being handed over but as I was the first 'parent' to arrive, Holly was the first animal to be processed.
She was pretty wide-eyed at first but she recognized me straight away and was very patient in her box while we said goodbye to the staff and loaded her in the car. The little hearts on her box and her name and the requests to be given water and love were really nice to see!
A plane flight for animals is never going to be fun for them but we all knew that. The important thing is that you have made it as good as it can be (under current laws and restrictions), by choosing staff who love animals (Holly's pick up driver was lovely, gentle and understanding. He answered a dozen more questions and even introduced me to all the other animals in the van, knowing their names and where they were off to. It was very reassuring, as someone who didn't love animals wouldn't bother to know), knowing exactly how the system works (so there are no mistakes but also so questions can be answered), and by providing the special blanket and giving instructions of love.
Most importantly of all, she is all safe and sound and happy. So my sincere thanks go out to you and the driver and everyone else who came in contact with Holls and contributed to her being looked after and properly 'processed'. Trusting other people to look after a pet is the biggest 'ask' and I struggled with it but every step of the way I have felt reassured by direct and honest answers, kind words, and demonstrated behaviours of care. Jetpets came recommended and while I hope one day pets will be able to travel WITH their parents on planes, in the meantime I would definately recommend you to be agent and foster parents for the fews days travel and transit takes.
So from Holly and I thank you for helping us live this new adventure together

Hello,
I just wanted to say what excellent service I've received from Angus. I was quite concerned about sending my cats on such a long journey and had no idea where to begin.
He's really gone out of his way to help me organise shipping my cats to the UK. He's responded quickly to all of my emails and also called me to explain some of the details. In the company where I'm based we're always trying to promote excellent customer service and friendly, efficient, helpful people like Angus are a perfect example of that.

We are finally set up with internet here in Hamilton, NZ.
Bundi arrived in fine form and seemed non the worse for the plane trip etc.
