JAKE AND BAGPUSS the PERSIAN CATS
Dear Mr. Brown,
I wanted to write to you and tell you how wonderful Dean has been in helping me to use JetPets to re-locate my 2 cats Jake and Bagpuss to the UK.
I would imagine that all the JetPets reps are great but with my dealing with Dean has been awesome. I feel that I cannot leave Australia without writing to you to tell you how lucky JetPets are to have such a great guy working there. I believe that Dean has gone above and beyond his role with the paperwork for my cats and at times it has been very challenging and difficult. Not only has Dean kept me in the loop the entire time with the progress of the bookings but he has also contacted UK authorities for me on a number of times as well as dealing with my vet in Dubai (where the cats originally came from) which I feel was not part of his job to liaise with them yet he was always more than willing to help out to assist in getting the correct paperwork, I sincerely believe that I would not have managed to do this without Deans patience, guidance and friendly nature. Dean really truly is a star and in my eyes a hero and I just wanted to write to you to let you know my entire experience with dealing with JetPets has been a dream. I wish more people are like Dean - it would make the world a happier place.

MOMO the DOMESTIC CAT
Hi Dean,
Just want to thank you and your team for the service you provided in exporting Momo to Germany. She arrived exhausted, but safe and is now happily in Germany with my girlfriend there. She is eating and sleeping and cuddling again.
