MISKA the DOMESTIC CAT
Dear All,
A belated HUGE thank you for getting Miska across here in such good shape. She arrived looking quietly calm and well-groomed (thank you to whoever combed her) She jumped out of her cage and spent the rest of the day under the spare bed suffering the usual jet lag exhaustion from too many business class champagnes no doubt... She was also very thirsty!
She now seems very much at home - still exploring her boundaries
I really appreciate all your help and assistance, handling her so carefully

BINKY the DOMESTIC
Hi, Melanie finally back at home.
Binky is fine and was very happy to see us all. So sorry for all the communications and changes to plans. My brother in law passed away on the 22nd of April and amy father on the 24th. Too much to handle really and i still am in shock.
Can't thank you enough for taking the worry out of Binky journey back to us as so much else was on my mind. You did a wonderful job of taking care of both her and us.
Please send this message to your staff in Vancouver and in NZ and tell them i would recommend your service in a heartbeat to anyone needing to transfer an animal.
Thankyou once again for an excellent service and the professionalism you and your staff have shown.

TIBBLES the DOMESTIC
Thanks for all your help and support with Tibbles, it made me feel much better to know that he was being looked after so well. And the San Francisco office was brilliant, one of the ladies phoned me back a second time to give me an update on Tibbles as apparently he was 'shouting' away wanting attention and more food! She thought I would be pleased to hear that, which I was.
He has settled in beautifully, in fact within an hour of getting into the new house he had already established a snoozing spot and had jumped up on my lap for a cuddle. We don't have a lot of furniture in our new house yet, which I think annoys him, as he is limited as to where he can snooze!

YUUKI the MAINE COON
Dear Danny,
We are delighted with the help and service you have given us to import Yuuki from Japan. Right from the first contact through the regular updates to the air flight into Sydney, I felt nothing was too much trouble.
All my many questions and conversations were answered with a warm, friendly, honest and informative response. Jetpets staff certainly gained my confidence and took the worry away from importing from so far away.

When Yuuki finally got here he was bigger than we had expected - they did extremely well feeding him up.

Thought your service at Jet Pets was great. Everyone was more than helpful and people were very patient with my endless questions.
Originally I thought I could do parts of it myself and save money, however, that is/ was not the case! I am glad I gave that idea away before I drove myself to distraction - the time and effort to co-ordinate all that is necessary was not worth my sanity!!
It was lovely to meet Jim at such a handy pick up spot and hand my "princess" over.
I have attached a photo (or 2) - Diabola travelled well and settled in (rather quickly).
