Zeus the Australian Bulld

PERTH to Auckland, NZ, au

Hi Laura,

Thank you so much for everything. We picked up our boy last night. His flight was delayed by about an hour but eventually he landed and once we had been to biosecurity and customs we got him out of the cage and took him home.

He was so placid after his flight that biosecurity had him out and were playing with him. He must have had a realy good flight, he seems totally unfazed about all the travelling he has done and is still exactly the same dog we left behind a few weeks ago, he's just grown heaps bigger and taller. He's happily exploring his new home right now.

Thanks again and wishing you a happy Christmas and New Year.

Regards.

Chanelle

FLUFFY & SCATTER the CATS

SYDNEY to CHRISTCHURCH, NEW ZEALAND

Good morning Laura,

I am up and running on the internet once again so just thought I would contact you to let you know that my "babies" all arrived safe and sound.

I introduced them to their new backyard one week ago, put butter on their paws and hoped for the best. They just sit under the trees and shrubs all day and are enjoying the fresh soil to play in, although I must say I am receiving a few glares as they think they should be growing another fur coat as it is ABSOLUTELY FREEZING over here.

I was delighted with the fact that I was able to keep the crates. I had just brought new ones for them before I left Brisbane but of course I had to leave those behind so I was very grateful for these ones.

Thank you so much once again Laura for all your hard work with the transportation of the cats. I am so very grateful to you.

Have a great day.

Kind regards,

Shirley

AZRIEL& MORTICIA the DOMESTIC CATS

MELBOURNE to LONDON, UK

Dear Jet Pets,
We would like to extend a big thank you to all the International consultants at Jetpets whom we have dealt with over the past few months, as well as the vets, in helping us to transport our two cats, Azriel and Morticia, from Melbourne to London.
In particular we would like to acknowledge the invaluable assistance of Rhiannon, Erin, Dave and Shaun, the latter whom we believe went above and beyond the call of duty in putting our minds at rest and helping to allay our fears about our cats' welfare.
Shaun made several phone calls and texts to us both on the day before the flight as well as on the day to tell us how our cats were going, including one outside his working hours. We shall forever be grateful for this.
We believe that people like these are a invaluable asset to a company whose business rests on customers entrusting their nearest and dearest to people whom they have never met and thus trust that the efforts and work of such individuals does not go unacknowledged and unrewarded.
We also had a positive experience with the UK counterpart of Jetpets once we had arrived at Heathrow.
Yours sincerely,

Gabriel and Sally
P.S. Azriel and Morticia are doing fine and in fact are probably faring better than us.
