Just emailing to let you know that the cats arrived safe and sound this morning. Shelley did a great job getting them down from Auckland so early. Thankyou for all your help. You really went out of your way for us and it's good to know the cats were being looked after by people who take such good care. I am very happy we got you to transport them.

MUNGO AND TEASER the CATS
Dear Toni,
I just wanted to let you know that Mungo and Teaser have arrived safe and well over here in the UK. They are now busy investigating their new house, and both seem very content. I would like to thank you and Jet Pets very much for organising their transport. Everything went very smoothly and it means so much to me to have them over here and in such good spirits. BRIGID the CAT
We are at last online and I wanted to send you a note of thanks - Brigid was delivered to our new home in Nagoya yesterday curled up quietly in the back of the basket a little sorry for herself but in good health and extra cuddly! Thank you for the wonderful care she obviously received, at 14 years old you can imagine I was very worried but there was no need. Please pass on my thanks to all involved.

Louie has arrived safely to Miami and is doing well! He ate almost immediately when he arrived and became very curious of his new surroundings quickly! He is settling in well. Thank you both for looking after him.

PANTHER the DOMESTIC CAT
Dear Jason and the team at Jetpets.
I can't tell you how impressed I am with the wonderful service and attention that Panther received, on what might have been a traumatic journey. After an early start he arrived the same day in Victoria.
I am told he was happy and healthy and ready to explore his new home and meet his new family.
This is such a weight off my mind and I want to sincerely thank and congratulate Jetpets for the fantastic way your company is run. A pleasure to deal with you for start to finish.
