Prince the German Shepherd

We would like to thank you both, Julena and Claire, as well as any of your team members who were involved in making our dog's (Prince) exportation to Brisbane a memorable one. We have never had to move a pet overseas, let alone a German Shepard. And you can imagine the stress we had over moving him, how anyone will be able to handle him if he will be able to fly, how will he cope with separation anxiety etc. Your Brisbane agent was communicating with us along the way as well even prior to Prince reaching there, amazing! Prince is now home safely chilling with his dad in Brisbane and having the time of his life. He couldn't stop smiling yesterday when he reached home. I don't know what you guys have done that Prince keeps wanting to go back into his cage and fly again! I believe he is missing his Jetpet friends that he made along the journey. Your outstanding service has won our hearts. Thank you so much for understanding our needs and making this a wonderful experience for us and our furbaby.
