Bady the Hovawart

Hi Melanie, Thank you and your team so much for helping me to get over here to Aotearoa. Your team was great on Monday and Tuesday and everything went well. Also the MPI over here was lively guy, Bady didn't have any issues with him at all (and that means a lot). Here is one photo of Bady having relax now, after the journey. Han Solo the Domestic Medium Hair

I was very happy with the service Jetpets provided for our cat Han Solo to travel from Sydney to New Zealand. Justin was more than happy to answer my thousands of questions which made for stressless travel. I was sent a photo of him having a snuggle with one of the staff before departing from Sydney which was a cute gesture. The collection process was super easy and Han Solo cage had been cleaned and refreshed before we collected him. Han Solo is now living his best life in New Zealand with us.

Bella the Hungarian Vizsla

Hi Melanie, Bella arrived in good spirits yesterday and is settling in to where she was a few years ago ( still remembered how to open front door and let her self in when we got home). Gino the CAT

Thank you to everyone at Jetpets for your assistance in getting Gino safely from Australia to NZ. All the little pictures and updates were most appreciated and erased any concerns I had while he was travelling. Although there was one minor hiccup with a changed flight this was communicated clearly and in a timely manner. As I have no children Gino is very precious to me so I want to let you know I am very grateful for your assistance to helping me to reunite with him.

Frankie and Minnie the Miniature Dachshund

Justin was AMAZING!!!

He made magic happen from two opposite ends of the country to bring our two babies together to fly over to us here in NZ. Minnie and Frankie's travel was co-ordinated so smoothly considering they had to be jointly co-ordinated together but so far apart to make the same flight! This was an amazing experience and we have Justin and JetPets to thank for that! Thank you also to Tineshea-Lee from JetPets NZ who allowed Minnie and Frank to stay overnight at headquarters as their flight was in too late for me to pick them up 🙂 Amazing Amazing Amazing!! Will always be requesting Justin for future needs.
