Dear Scott and staff at JetPets
We can't thank you enough for the wonderful service and care you gave our new Boy Horace from Sydney Animal Rescue. Firstly for getting him up to us so quickly, for Mothers Day, best present ever. Secondly for the care you gave him on route, he was happy and healthy on arrival.
We could not believe how quickly he was off the plane and with his new family on the Gold Coast. He shall now have the wonderful life he truly deserves. He is extremely happy and has settled in really well. I'm sure he would send you a thousand licks of thanks himself, for the new life you have given him.
We shall always highly recommend Jetpets, we can't thank you enough. So wonderful, when a company really cares.

You really went out of your way for us and it's good to know the cats were being looked after by people who take such good care. I am very happy we got you to transport them.

TOBY the SILKY TERRIER
Dear Jason,
We wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the service we received in having our family Dog, Toby, transported from Sydney to Winnipeg, Canada.
Everything went extremely smoothly with the customs and quarantine services in Winnipeg because of the thoroughness of your staff. Toby was in good shape and was really well cared for. We received very reassuring calls from Air Canada and World Pets in Vancouver when he arrived.
We continued to receive information all the way to Winnipeg where we found the Air Canada Cargo staff to be extremely caring and helpful. They delayed his departure from Vancouver as the facilities on the aircraft on his scheduled flight were not appropriate for a small dog.
We were extremely grateful that they were so thoughtful. Please thank the staff involved with Toby. Once again, Thank you for your company's commitment to the care of Toby

Riley arrived safe and sound in Auckland yesterday, thanks so much for all your help getting her travel organised. She went for a walk this morning and seemed quite happy so that makes us happy!
