JERRY AND COCO the BOXER DOGS

Dear Emily
I just wanted to let you know that Jerry (10.5 yo boxer dog) and Coco (3 yo boxer dog) arrived safely in Finland and have settled in well to their new home and new country.
Both where pretty tired after the flight from Australia, but that was all. I think I was the one that stressed the most!
Thank you to you and all the staff at Jet Pets who made the trip such a success. I throughly recommend you to anyone traveling with dogs.
Thank you again for bringing my babies safely to Finland.

ALEX & SEB the DOMESTIC CATS

Hi Jason,
Last week I relocated from Perth to Brisbane and Jet Pets handled the transport of my two moggies - Alex and Sebastian.
I'm just writing to say thank you very much (on mine and their behalf!) for your wonderful service. The staff that collected them in Perth and dropped them off in Brisbane were extremely friendly and reassuring.
The flexibility in delivering the cats was highly appreciated, as I needed time to get off the plane from my flight, get to my apartment, meet the landlord and collect the key.
Crossing the country is already a big move- knowing the boys were in safe hands gave me one less thing to worry about! I would not hesitate in recommending Jet Pets to friends, family and colleagues.

BLADE the STAFFY

Hi Jason
I would like to commend you on a wonderful team you have at JetPets.
I have just returned from a 2 week trip to Melbourne to visit family and friends and decided to travel with my 6yo male staffy ‘Blade’.
This was a first for both of us, as a frequent traveller to Melbourne I was getting more and more frustrated leaving Blade behind. Kennels were no good, leaving him with complete strangers was hard and family are in Melbourne!!
That’s were JetPets came in. Having contacted several pet transport companies and found them very unhelpful and at times very vague with information I contacted Jet Pets and initially spoke with Kate. Kate provided me with quotes and explained the process thoroughly.
Having confirmed flights and accommodation I decided to proceed with a booking through Jet Pets. I spoke with Josh McPhan who was fantastic. He provided me with the fastest quote (as it had been several months since initially obtaining a quote

HARRY the CAT

Hi Laura,
I just wanted to say thank you for organising Harry's travel from Melbourne to Auckland - he arrived safe and sound on Tuesday afternoon, and didn't seem too stressed out by the process (just happy to see me!).
I found the Jet Pets service to be great - it would've been such a big job for me to work out how to get Harry back, so it was fantastic that you could take care of that for me.

SAMMI the DOMESTIC CAT

Good Morning Erin,
Finally, Sammy has arrived home albeit some jetlag. After about 2 hours of paperwork, Sammy was released and now he is happily adjusting to his new home.
Everything went fine no problem whatsoever, as promised. Thank you Erin and to all the JetPets Staff for the wonderful job. If not for the Malaysian Airlines staff in Melbourne who has introduced JetPets to me, I will definitely be having a lot of problems trying to make up, sort things out and move around in the unfamiliar territory on my own.
I will definitely spread the word around and keep JetPet's contact handy for future reference.
Erin, you have been a great help by keeping me well imformed of what to expect throughout the entire process,A BIG Thank you.
