PK, Monty, Bella the Dogs and Cats
Good afternoon,
I am just writing to say a very big thankyou to your company.
On the 3rd January, 2008, Adam came and picked up our two dogs and two cats to have them flown to Qld.
I was extremely stressed in the lead up to the day but was thoroughly wrapped with the service we received.
Adam obviously has a true love for animals which showed through. He never rushed me in saying goodbye to the animals, he was friendly with them and went out of his way to do the little extra things that mean so much. He faced our two cats towards each other so they could see each other for a little more comfort and made sure the dogs were next to each other for company.
Adam helped me put Bella one of the cats into the cage with total ease which was stressing me as usually she tries to shred us.
All the animals were calm when they left and when they arrived at our new home in Qld later that day, my husband advised they were all in excellent health.
I thank you all so much for your compassion and service as all has turned out perfectly for us and our animals are safe and sound.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company and particularly Adam to any people looking for animal transportation in the future.

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to your business for the re-location of our dog from Melbourne to Fiji. Special mention must go the Jamie Berry who was fantastic in overcoming the typical Fijian bumps that popped up along the way.

TANSY the MINI POODLE
Just to let you know that everything went so well. Tansy now lives on a little farm with a pig, a little dog, a sheep, a bull, wild guinea pigs and rabbits and four lovely children.
For your information it is a short walk from the freight depot to the international airport and the customs man was so easy because all the paperwork was in order.

Nik & Kan the Gordon Setter &
Hi Emily,
Just a quick note to let you know that Nik and Kan have safely arrived.
You cannot imagine the happiness we all experienced when we saw each other yesterday.
The procedure in Zagreb was a bit complicated, there was a bit of to-ing and fro-ing, but thankfully there were some very good and helpful people there that made it easier and the final outcome was we all left for home together approximately 2 hours after they landed.
The crates were really good, Nik had plenty of space so that’s good. They were also reasonably clean. We left the crates at the airport, so that was good.
They’re now keeping an eye on us, they probably think we may leave them again, which isn’t going to happen.
Thank you so very much for organising their flights and accommodation. The lady at Moorholme was very nice every time I called. My biggest fear was that they wouldn’t be on the scheduled flight so you can imagine my relief when I actually saw them being driven into the building.
Once again, thank you and JetPets for organizing this. It was all done professionally with the utmost care for my pets.
