MINKA AND TAO the SIAMESE
I have been meaning to write to you to thank you for all that you did (and David), to ensure that our Siamese kittens arrived in NZ safely. We had a good flight back and were reunited about an hour after I got through customs. It was a bit of a hassle having to go from building to building to get all the paper work done but otherwise everything went really well.
The kittens, now named Minka (girl) and Tao (boy) have settled into their new home very well and are almost, but not quite, ready to play with Abi our Border Collie.
Thanks again for all your help, and please thank David too, it's been great dealing with you both and Jet Pets.

CHINA the SCHNOODLE
Dear Valda, Peter and Emily,
China arrived last night in tip-top condition, if a bit stinky. She is a playful and affectionate dog and seems to be very happy in her new home. We are absolutely lovestruck. Had a very quiet night (turned down the lights and she went straight to sleep!) and now my daughter is playing catch with her in the backyard. Obviously she has had a wonderful start in life so thanks very much to all of you.
It's hard to get the two of them to stay still, but here's a picture of them. We'll keep you posted.

AGATHA the CAT

BILLIE the BORDER COLLIE
Hi Emily,
Thankyou so much for everything and please give Adam our thanks too. Billie is looking amazingly well after her long journey. I think she is feeling better than I am after the long drive.
My Dutch neighbour, whose German is much better than mine, came along and helped with translation where necessary, which made it much easier. It still probably took about 2 hours from when we arrived at the airport, till we picked up Billie. So I must have been driving for 9 hours!! Frankfurt Airport is huge! My friend was wonderful, asking everyone for directions.
Billie has enjoyed a lovely walk and is now exploring the house. She seems to like her new home and it's great to have her back.
Keep up the good work. Your customer service was impeccable.
