Hi Melanie, Stella is home in Vancouver with me now and she has been great! My Dad and I were both surprised how good she was immediately when we picked her up. It's like she never left Vancouver. Wally the Kelpie

Hi Biljana, Thank you so so sooooooo much for all your work with Wally. He landed safe and sound and was very please to see us this end. He’s absolutely loving the UK and is finding all the wildlife and countryside quite interesting and cold!! He has got jet lag though, which is quite entertaining!! Photos attached. Daisy the Boxer

Our boxer dog, Daisy, travelled from Melbourne to Essex, England and arrived safe and sound, and was quickly back to being herself. Jetpets were very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. On the day before Daisy was due to fly out of Sydney (having flown up from Melbourne the day before), Jetpets contacted us regarding the very hot weather forecast. They suggested that Daisy stay in Sydney for an extra day rather than be loaded into a very hot plane from a very hot airport, and as a result, she spent an extra 24 hours in air-conditioned kennels. In our opinion, this was a great example of Jetpets putting the welfare of our pet before their own challenges of delivering our dog on time. This was undoubtedly the right thing to do and left us feeling very comfortable about the long journey ahead. Moving a pet internationally is not a cheap exercise, but if we ever have to do it again, I would go with Jetpets without hesitation. The 5 star rating from me is fully deserved.
