Peanut & Storm the Best of Friends

Well, what a happy reunion!! We even had one of the staff members in tears. We are sooooo happy to finally have our fur babies with us as we start our new life in a new country. It was all real quick but couldn’t fault you guys with the efficiency and care taken to get both Peanut & Storm from NZ to Perth.

Good morning Shayna. I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to you Shayna for looking after us throughout the process, the paperwork was super easy, the portal was user friendly & your awesome attitude was my biggest highlight, thank you - without your caring nature I don’t know if I could have gotten thru it all. I also would like to thank the team for taking great care of my babies! I’m truly grateful for the level of care extended to Molly & Furby, from when we dropped them off to collection.

Charlie the Domestic Short Hair

Charlie has arrived safely and is exploring his surroundings. He is eating well and washing himself which is a good sign. I think he is more curious than anxious and I am sure he will sleep well tonight. I certainly will! Thank you JetPets for looking after him so well and delivering him safely to Sydney.  You do a great job and your communication is excellent. I would recommend you to anyone transporting their furry friends.

Rocky the Maltese Terrier

Just to let you know, we picked up Rocky from airport yesterday. He is doing well, tho a bit tired . It is very emotional to meet him again . Thank you and the team so much for organising everything for us and looking after him while in transit. I have got text messages from Elle and Juelna , thanks a lot to both of them to take Rocky for a walk and give him lots of cuddles.

Olly the Cavoodle

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the care and attention you and your team showed to all concerned regarding Ollie’s adventure to the UK. Communication was excellent and Elle arrived on the dot to pick Oliver up, showing immediate care. She was as good as her word in giving him a bigger water bowl in his crate. THANK YOU. We tracked the flight and have received pics of Ollie happily dozing in his new home/bed. Apparently LHR staff were also very good and he arrived clean and happy, tail wagging as ever. Best wishes and thank you again.
